Front Desk Administrator:
Deliver exceptional front-office support by serving as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. Front Desk Administrator manages a variety of communications, including phone calls, reservations, service requests, and general inquiries. Oversee dining reservation scheduling and help coordinate personalized services to enhance the member experience. Support office operations through accurate data entry, records maintenance, correspondence distribution, and administrative coordination. Process invoices, post payments, reconcile receipts, and assist with other accounts payable responsibilities. Partner with team members to support events, departmental initiatives, and the smooth operation of daily business activities. Qualifications for the
Front Desk Administrator:
2+ years of experience in administrative support, reception, hospitality, customer service, or a related field. Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, to support daily operations. Demonstrated success delivering outstanding service and managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
