Temporary Duties and Responsibilities (- denotes essential functions):
- Oversees administrative support services for the Shidler College of Business Executive Education Center, under the direction of the Director.
- Responsible for the day to day fiscal and personnel functions, including but not limited to procurement, travel, and human resource management.
- Prepare purchase orders, requisitions, and reimbursements for the center; records and balances each transaction.
- Process requisitions for equipment and supplies for the center. This requires obtaining vendor quotes or bids.
- Prepare travel reimbursements for the center's faculty and staff and coordinates faculty travel details/documents in relation to the faculty hire.
- Prepares, coordinates, and assists in compiling employment packets and documents.
- Assist Director with developing the center's budget and track expenditures to ensure spending is in accordance with the approved budgets. In all aspects of the job be cognizant of timeliness, accuracy and compliance with all applicable University, Collective Bargaining, state, federal and third-party policies and procedures.
- Assists in the reconciliation of various department accounts, development of program budget and projections.
- Maintains departmental fiscal and personnel files.
- Reviews and coordinates the flow of fiscal and employment documents.
- Responsible for posting fees to Banner; reconciling, drawing down tuition, and posting fees to each program's accounts. Recruits, interviews, hires and supervises student assistants.
- Provides guidance and assistance to students in the area of tuition payments; track student payments and follow up on delinquencies.
