Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to support plant leadership and daily business operations. This position plays a critical role in managing administrative processes, financial reporting activities, invoice approvals, expense reporting, and operational coordination within a fast-paced power generation environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process non-PO invoices through Process Director
- Manage Maximo workflow activities, including: Invoice approvals and reassignment, Purchase requisition entry, purchase order approvals and reassignment
- Maintain and update directory on SharePoint
- Support OSS leadership meeting update
- Work with Leadership teams for review of Accruals
- Assist with variance reporting and month-end close activities
- Ensure timely completion of administrative and financial deliverables
- Prepare and submit expense reports for p-card using Concur
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, and site administrative activities as neededWork Environment
