Job Description
CNO Training Environment Administrator III
SALARY RANGE $171,000 - $228,000/year.
DUTIES As a successful candidate for the CNO Training Environment Administrator III role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of quality control checkpoints (QCC) for the Customer. You will act as a support administrator and proctor for a practical examination course, assisting in environment management, performance evaluation, and course systems improvement. You will work closely with training coordinators and SMEs on course evaluations and trainee performance recommendations, and provide oversight and timely communication for trainees in the exam environment. - Oversee exam environment and trainee communications
- Coordinate course rosters and exam scheduling
- Augment platforms with new tools and technologies
- Maintain and develop scripts to help automate and streamline processes
- Provide assessments and recommendations on trainee practical performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Twelve (12) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.- Experience with CNO operational tradecraft and guidance
- Experience with PowerShell, bash, python, etc.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Mattermost, and Moodle
- Knowledge of vSp and virtual machines
- Strong background in Windows exploitation and security
- Experience with Unix exploitation and security
- Experience in scripting for vSp and VM management
- CNO operator certification
