Additional Information About the Role Additional Preferred Requirements Overview Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is the largest hospital in Missouri and is ranked as one of the nation's top hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. Barnes-Jewish Hospital's staff is composed of full-time academic faculty and community physicians of Washington University School of Medicine, supported by a house staff of residents, interns, fellows and other medical professionals. Recognizing its excellence in nursing care, Barnes-Jewish Hospital was the first adult hospital in Missouri to be certified as a Magnet Hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides an administrative resource for the organization in terms of analytic skill for identified needs and targeted outcomes. Also provides planning for the organization and identified needs within service lines. Responsibilities Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments. Provides input and creates effective work plans needed for the work unit. Provides consultative support and integrates services and programs with other units or departments. Participates in building an effective work unit through hiring, supervising and evaluating staff. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree - Business/HC Admin Experience
