Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire an Expense Analyst in [Location]. This individual will be responsible for administering the company's corporate credit card program and travel & expense (T&E) processes. They will manage card issuance, maintenance, spending limits, and support cardholders while serving as the primary point of contact for card-related inquiries and vendor communications. This person will also act as the Concur system administrator, maintaining user access, workflows, expense policies, audit rules, reporting, and integrations. On a daily basis, they will audit expense reports and corporate card transactions for compliance, validate coding and supporting documentation, reconcile monthly activity, and support month-end close processes. Additionally, they will prepare spending reports, track program performance metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain policies and procedures, and provide training and support to employees across the organization. The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
