GS is seeking an experienced and highly organized, full-time Administrator to oversee the firm's administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional office operations, accounting, human resources, and office administration. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the firm's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments. Manage accounts receivable, client billing and payment tracking. Manage and track travel expenses. Work with Third Party Administrators regarding: 1) Prepare and process payroll; 2) Employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and leave management; 3) The firm's 401(k) plan, including enrollments and compliance; 4) Onboarding new employees, personnel records, and other HR functions. Reconcile bank accounts and generate financial reports. Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in office administration or legal office management. Experience with insurances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits, 401(k) administration, and invoicing. Strong understanding of billing software and accounting systems (e.g., Timeslips and QuickBooks preferred) and standard Microsoft Office software. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
