$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Job description: Administrator — DODD Agency Provider Access Choice Care

• Cincinnati, OH

• Full-time We're a certified Ohio DODD agency provider seeking an Administrator (Director of Operations Designee) to lead our operations and compliance. This is the top operational role — not entry level. What you'll do Run day-to-day operations and keep us audit-ready under DODD rules Supervise house managers and direct support staff Oversee documentation, billing, and management of individuals' funds Lead incident reporting and staff training You must have (state rule — not negotiable): Age 21+ Either a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED plus 4+ years supervising services for people with developmental disabilities 1+ year of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities 1+ year of experience that includes all three: supervising employees, overseeing programs/services, and managing organizational finances Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Big plus: direct experience in DODD provider agency administration — you'll go to the front of the line. This isn't the role for you if you've never supervised staff or managed a budget, or you want a behind-a-desk job where someone else owns compliance.
