Contract Key Requirements Strong experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, AEM Cloud Service) . Hands-on experience with AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, Replication, OSGi, CRX, Sling . Experience managing Akamai CDN including caching policies, Property Manager, cache invalidation, edge delivery, and performance optimization. Expertise in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and on-call support . Experience with AEM upgrades, patching, cloud migration, performance tuning, and security management . Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Windows/Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automation scripting . Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Nagios . Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and operational support skills. Top 3
