As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will be an integral part of the Workplace Services Department supporting the Site Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Ensure a best-in-class workplace experience for all employees and external guests, fostering a positive office environment. Oversee workplace service operations, including mailroom, janitorial, food and beverage programs, copy/print services, and office amenities. Manage in-office food services programs, ensuring a variety of healthy options in a cost-effective manner. Coordinate logistics for employee events, including planning, catering, and communication, and evaluate their success for continuous improvement. Monitor operational expenses, prepare reports, and ensure vendor accountability while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain workplace compliance and safety. What's Needed? At least 2+ years of experience in workplace programs, facilities, employee experience, or site management. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new online systems and software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to solve complex issues and actively listen to feedback. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build strong stakeholder relationships. What's in it for me?
