Executive Director In Training (AIT) - Arden Courts Richardson

The Executive Director In Training will gain knowledge and experience to be able to perform the duties associated with an Executive Director who is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the facility. This role supports organizational success by participating in structured training and development to align business operations, people strategies, and processes, contributing to a productive environment that drives positive results and meets key performance indicators. Education:

Associates Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred

Years of Experience :
