Administrative Manager Chesterfield County, VA - 3.5 Chesterfield, VA Job Details Full-time $65,416 a year 4 days ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Driver's License Supervising experience General management Full Job Description Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field; three years of professional experience that includes fiscal management, budgeting, administrative analysis, business or customer services, contracts, or other closely related field, including two years of experience in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and working knowledge of automated financial system, Microsoft Office 365 especially Word and Excel, as well as experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams; ability to work independently as well as a cohesive member of a team; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to work at all levels within a large, diverse organization; and must present a professional demeanor and use discretion when handling sensitive information. Current valid driver's license and good driving record required. Based on the Virginia DMV point system, records must not reflect a total of six or more demerit points within the twenty-four months preceding the anticipated hire date, or one major violation of six demerit points within the preceding thirty-six months. Out-of-state driving records must be obtained by applicant and presented at time of interview. Records must reflect at least three years of history and be dated within thirty days of interview date. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.
