Executive Director Position Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator will perform various day-to-day administrative duties to provide support to the Executive Director/Operations.

Essential Functions:

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Operations Perform various day-to-day administrative duties Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings Data entry onto database, etc. Upkeep of record binders, BoD online files, etc. Filing, copying, data entry Assist with email Perform other duties as assigned and required
