We warmly welcome qualified recent graduates to apply. We are willing to provide training and development opportunities for candidates who are responsible, motivated, and eager to learn. Basic bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English are required for this position. Candidates with experience in administrative assistance, executive assistance, secretarial work, or factory coordination are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage the manager's daily schedule, appointments, and work arrangements; Assist with daily administrative tasks and document management; Take meeting notes, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items; Assist with business communications, client reception, and external coordination; Coordinate with factories in China regarding order follow-ups, production schedules, shipment arrangements, and handling unexpected issues; Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and business partners to ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks; Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics; Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Good Chinese and English communication skills; Strong communication, coordination, execution, and teamwork skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software; Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality; Strong ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and solve problems effectively; Previous experience in administrative assistance, executive assistance, secretarial work, supply chain follow-up, or factory coordination is a plus; Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
