Job Summary Administrative Coordinator opportunity in Fresno, CA for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping operations organized, accurate, and on schedule. This full-time, temp-to-hire role supports a fire protection and safety services environment, working closely with technicians, project managers, and customers to ensure service calls, inspections, documentation, and invoicing are handled efficiently. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience who wants to grow with a stable, service-focused organization. The team offers structured onboarding, supportive leadership, and a clear path to take ownership of scheduling, documentation, reporting, and process improvement. Candidates who enjoy teamwork, customer communication, and maintaining organized systems will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage work orders for service calls, inspections, repairs, and related field activity.
- Coordinate technician scheduling, dispatch, and customer updates to help ensure timely service delivery.
- Review, file, and maintain technician reports, project documentation, compliance packets, and closeout materials.
- Process invoicing for service calls, contracts, and completed work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems that are audit-ready and easy to access.
- Support project managers and operations leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and workflow coordination. Compensation and Benefits

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, coordinator, office support, dispatch, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Accurate data entry, documentation, filing, and follow-up skills.
- Professional communication skills for working with customers, technicians, project managers, and internal teams.
- Ability to process work orders, reports, invoices, and service documentation with a high level of detail.
- Comfortable learning company systems, workflows, and scheduling tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently after training. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting field technicians, service teams, inspections, repairs, or dispatch operations.
- Administrative experience in fire protection, safety services, security, construction, facilities, or a related service industry.
- Familiarity with service contracts, compliance documentation, closeout packets, or project administration.
- Experience maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
