Full Job Description Overview:
Chung & Reynolds, P.C. is seeking a full-time Firm Administrator to ensure the smooth, day-to-day operation of our office. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong leadership and communication skills. The Firm Administrator will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of billing and accounting, administrative functions, supporting staff and attorneys, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage firm accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing practices Supervise and support the administrative team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Communicate directly with attorneys and clients to assist with case-related matters. Process payroll and 401k contributions Manage firm employee benefits and coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process. Perform various administrative tasks to support the upkeep and overall functionality of the office. Manage recruiting and onboarding/offboarding processes Assist attorneys with regulatory renewals and compliance requirements Assist with marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Experience using billing or practice management platforms like CLIO, Legal Exchange, Legal X Proven experience in office or team management, with a strong grasp of administrative and clerical functions. Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) for communication and documentation. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00-$85,000.00/year depending on experience.
