Job Summary A growing rental services operation in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support its industrial equipment rental department. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience coordinating rental requests, supporting sales teams, managing paperwork, and delivering excellent customer service. The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in managing the rental process for a fleet that may include terminal tractors, yard trucks, and forklifts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, follow-through, communication, and customer satisfaction are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Support the rental department by coordinating equipment reservations, rental requests, and customer inquiries. Assist sales and operations teams by locating available equipment, confirming rental details, and troubleshooting customer needs. Process rental paperwork, data entry, order documentation, and related administrative records accurately and efficiently. Monitor fleet inventory, equipment availability, rental status, and related scheduling updates. Coordinate maintenance schedules and communicate equipment readiness or service needs to internal teams. Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and internal communication channels.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range:
$28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
