The Administrative Coordinator position is a full-time, temp to hire position in Santa Maria, CA. The rate of pay ranges between $20 to $23 an hour. The hours for this position are 10am to 7pm, Tuesday through Friday, with 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. •This job requires a driving records check•Benefits if hired by client: Wage dependent upon skills and experience Health Insurance, Dental Benefits, Vision Insurance 401K plan with company match, financial planning and investment advice Life, Accident, and Disability Insurance Paid Holidays, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid floating holiday (personal day) Gym membership discounts with various gym partners
Duties & Responsibilities:
Addressing phone call guidelines as to how to answer the telephone and distribute calls in a consistent processional manner Provide support to clients by ensuring seamless transition of samples from the client to the lab Schedule/Coordinate & Dispatch service providers Receive, process and review samples from various locations Schedules/Updates to monthly Micro Schedule Collection/shipping/tracking of customer supplies Fulfill all duties assigned by management Assist other departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree or relevant work experience Professional customer service skills Data entry accuracy and ability to multitask Excellent telephone & written/verbal communication skills Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office Excellent organizational & time management skills Self-motivated, Quick to learn Touch typist 40 WPM + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Clean DMV report Flexible Schedule (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays, OT), with ability to travel on occasion We provide equal employment opportunities in hiring, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, and all other employment decisions.
