Firm Administrator - Law Firm About the Position Boutique wine country law firm seeking a Firm Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with some experience in a law firm setting to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 8-attorney, multi-practice area law firm. This position works closely with the shareholders to ensure the firm operates efficiently, maintains strong financial and administrative practices, and provides a professional and supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for shareholders Occasionally perform human resources functions, particularly, employee relations, benefits, and compliance Oversee vendor relationships, technology, and facilities Oversee compliance with applicable California State Bar and regulatory requirements, including trust accounting and related administrative obligations Qualifications Law firm experience preferred Strong knowledge of billing, bookkeeping, HR, and office operations Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal billing/accounting software What We Offer Competitive salary and year-end discretionary bonus Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental) 401(K), profit-sharing contribution Paid time off
