This is more than an administrative position. You'll become an integral member of our client leadership team, working closely with our team to help deliver exceptional service to organizations across a wide variety of industries. About ADS Audience Development Strategies (ADS) is a fast-growing association management company that provides executive leadership, financial management, marketing, membership growth, conferences, communications, and strategic planning for trade and professional associations throughout the United States. What You'll Do Every day is different, but your work will include things like: Coordinating board and committee meetings Preparing professional board packets and meeting materials Managing calendars and scheduling meetings Drafting emails and member communications Taking meeting minutes and tracking follow-up items Maintaining client databases and CRM systems Updating websites and online communities Managing projects and task lists within project management software Supporting conferences, webinars, and virtual meetings Assisting with membership administration Helping implement and improve internal systems and processes Serving as a dependable resource for both clients and the ADS team What Makes Someone Successful Here? You may be an excellent fit if you have experience in: Administrative or executive support Project coordination Client or customer service Office management Operations support Event coordination CRM or database administration Technology or systems administration Professional services We're looking for someone who has: Exceptional organizational skills Outstanding written communication Excellent attention to detail Strong technology aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with CRM, database, project management, or scheduling software The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and organized A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Experience with associations or nonprofits is appreciated but not required .
