We're looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to be the welcoming face of our practice. What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to deliver exceptional patient service. Ensure patients are greeted warmly and receive a positive, professional experience. Oversee daily front office operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and payment collection. Monitor staff performance, provide training, and assist with onboarding new team members. Manage front desk schedules and help maintain appropriate staffing coverage. Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve workflows and support efficient office operations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a medical front office, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of insurance verification, referrals, patient scheduling, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems (experience with eCW is a bonus) Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care and team support.
