Serve as a subject matter expert on university HR and faculty appointment policies while handling onboarding, payroll support, and personnel management.
Financial & Logistical Management:
Oversee departmental purchasing, accounts payable, financial reconciliations, space requests, and travel arrangements for faculty and visiting scholars.
Communications & Events:
Lead event planning initiatives, including marketing material design and website updates and maintenance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the primary administrative point of contact, building strong relationships with the Dean's Office, Provost, Registrar, and external partners to advance the College's mission.
