This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and wants to learn more about the recruiting and staffing industry. The right person will be professional, resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and management Support the on-boarding team with contractor onboarding, paperwork, and employment documentation Enter and maintain candidate and client information in our recruiting/ATS system Help coordinate video interviews, candidate communications, and follow-ups Post job openings on numerous job boards Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other recruiting-related documents Assist with timekeeping, payroll-related information, and employee records Answer phones and communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and clients Handle ordering and arrange office events as needed Handle general office administration and special projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel QuickBooks not required but preferred High school diploma required, college degree preferred Comfortable learning new technology and software Friendly, confident, and professional when dealing with candidates and clients Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks Previous administrative, recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer-service experience is a plus
