As a Supervisor, you will lead our team as well as be one of the first points of contact for our patients. As first impressions are lasting, it is imperative that our personnel portray patience, understanding and professionalism. We recognize our employees as our most valuable asset.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday shift 10am-6pm. Must be flexible​ Requirements & Responsibilities Medical experience preferred but not required. Radiology experience a plus Supervisory/management with prior experience supervising a team, required Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Computer skills with emphasis on patient information accuracy in various programs and systems Knowledge of Medical Terminology Critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasking, planning, organization and execution skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints Coordinate patient care with other departments and members of the healthcare staff Assist with developing specific departmental goals and standards Train, coach, and staff based on performance expectations with assistance from Management Flexibility to adapt to changing environment and different learning styles Insurance Verifications a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus Assign, schedule, monitor and/or evaluate the work of assigned staff​ Ensure adherence to all diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services Implement department goals, objectives and standards for each modality Work closely with the Management to ensure that Imaging services are effectively coordinated This position requires Level II background screening conducted by the Agency for Healthcare Administration.
