Work Location:
On site We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Ocala, FL. This role involves handling day to day administrative tasks, supporting communication between teams, and assisting with general office operations in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative and office activities Coordinate communication between departments and staff Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with scheduling, reporting, and data entry Support operational and production related administrative tasks Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience preferred Manufacturing environment experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency with basic computer and office software Bilingual skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and reliability This is a full time, on site position based in Ocala, Florida.
Pay:
