Illinois Nursing Academy is looking for an energetic, friendly, and people-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team in Midlothian, Illinois . Position Overview As the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience while helping students begin their healthcare careers. This position combines customer service, student recruitment, and general office administration. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries professionally Assist prospective students through the enrollment process Follow up with leads and recruit prospective students Welcome students and visitors to the academy Schedule appointments and maintain student records Perform general office and administrative duties Work closely with the admissions and instructional team Assist with student events, orientations, and other academy activities Maintain a positive, organized, and professional office environment Effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities throughout the day Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM experience is a plus) High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service Experience in student recruitment, admissions, education, or sales Experience working in a school, training center, or healthcare environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves working with people Is highly organized and dependable Enjoys talking on the phone and helping others Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Can comfortably manage multiple tasks in a busy office Wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team Why Join Illinois Nursing Academy?
