Role Description The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional/SDA is a full-time, on-site role based in Blue Island, IL. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring that supports are person-centered and aligned with each individual's goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing and monitoring individualized service plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners. Qualifications BA/BS in social services or related field, plus one-year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Proficiency in the use of computers and software applications Valid drivers license and good driving record Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certifications Ability to complete Department of Human Services QIDP training and background check requirements
