We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is energized by supporting others and keeping important details moving smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will be aligned with our company's core values and will enjoy managing administrative tasks for various members of our leadership team. The Administrative Coordinator role plays an integral part in providing general administrative support for the management team and company. It is a vital part in building and maintaining relationships with team members, subcontractors and the community at large. The role involves a wide ranges of tasks including, coordination of details related recruitment of team members, communication with subcontractors, vehicle registration and company property records, office and showroom maintenance and company event/meeting planning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administrative Coordination
- Assist with answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department. Coordinate mailings and other company communication. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks for various departments including sales, marketing, design, construction and human resources. Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Leadership Schedule Management
- Mange daily calendar for company owner and Director of Strategic Growth including details regarding calendar scheduling, phone messages, travel arrangements and events.
- Human Resources
- Assist with human resources tasks including candidate phone screen interviews, new employee onboarding, team member birthday/anniversary recognition, company award recognition and PTO approval and record keeping.
- Office/Showroom Maintenance
- Manage all office supply purchasing and inventory, office food and beverage purchasing and maintain general appearance of showroom. Manage company apparel inventory.
- Team Event Planning
- Assist in planning team and company events and meetings. Foster team environment. Manage travel arrangements for any team member company-related travel.
- Adherence to Company Procedures
- Contributes to efforts that make KCBR a great place to work. Follows procedures in accordance with company standards and values. Contributes to process improvement.
- Special Projects
- Completes special projects as they arise.

- Address challenges and unexpected issues that arise, finding solutions to stay on track. Adapts to process change.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma and 2-3 years administrative related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with schedules and tasks.
- Proficiency in multitasking.
- Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong critical thinking skills to effectively address challenges and find solutions quickly, even when under pressure.
