Responsible for creating new assets in recoup and physically tagging assets. Functions as liaison with college personnel to schedule tagging of larger assets within specific departments. Compares asset data with provided information and reconciles information accordingly. Assists with data entry in preparation for the annual certification and audit responses. Serves as mailroom backup staff. Duties Include retrieving mall from the USPS, distribution, retrieving outgoing mail from all DCC campuses. Physically receives (signs for) and logs incoming packages, for the college, using WTS software from FedEx, UPS and other commercial carriers. Adds/edits green tagged assets-in a spreadsheet and saves to the property control shared drive. Saves purchase order{s) in the shared drive.Position-Specific Details:
