What You'll Do Greet customers and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phones and assist customers with repair questions and updates Open, maintain and close repair orders Prepare and organize collision repair paperwork, invoices and customer files Assist with insurance claims, supplements and related documentation Help coordinate rental vehicles and customer transportation Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and repair information Communicate with customers, insurance companies and dealership departments Support the Body Shop Manager, estimators and technicians with daily administrative needs Learn additional collision center and dealership operations as you grow Who We're Looking For You should be

• a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy automotive environment.

Body shop, collision center, automotive dealership, customer service or administrative experience is highly preferred. Experience with repair orders, insurance claims or collision-management/dealership systems is a plus.
