Harris Orthodontics is a privately owned orthodontic practice that has served Charlotte families for over 22 years. Dr. Harris personally treats every patient from start to finish, and our small team takes pride in making patients feel genuinely known and cared for. We're looking for an experienced administrative professional to take real ownership of scheduling and patient finances. This is more than a front desk role. We want someone who helps the whole office run smoothly while working in tandem with other team members. What you'll do Manage the patient schedule for efficiency and flow, including cancellations, emergencies and changes Present treatment fees and payment options, collect payments and manage account balances Assist with insurance verification, benefits and claims Greet patients, handle check-in and check-out, and answer calls, texts and inquiries Keep patient records and financial information accurate Work closely with the clinical team and resolve scheduling, service and billing issues as they come up Who you are 2+ years of dental administrative experience (orthodontic strongly preferred; OrthoTrac a plus) Comfortable discussing fees, insurance and balances with warmth and confidence Highly organized, detail-oriented and dependable, with strong follow-through A person of integrity who handles finances and sensitive information with discretion Takes initiative and a self starter while supporting other team members We'll teach you our systems. We're looking for someone who brings experience, judgment and pride in doing things well.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
