Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding Care Coordinator Join the Bee at Home Team! Are you passionate about finding great caregivers and helping them succeed from day one? Bee at Home is looking for an experienced Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding Care Coordinator to lead our hiring process and support staffing operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of home care industry experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoys talking on the phone and building relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable learning and using technology and recruiting software

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews with applicants
• Build relationships with caregivers, applicants, clients, and referral sources
• Coordinate all onboarding paperwork, orientation, and compliance requirements
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and staffing to ensure client coverage
• Communicate effectively with office staff, caregivers, clients, and management
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and applicant records
• Help develop and improve recruiting, onboarding, and communication processes
• Represent Bee at Home professionally at job fairs and recruiting events
