Administrative Manager:
Lead, mentor, and support administrative staff while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused environment. Manage daily operational activities, balance team workloads, and coordinate resources to meet company needs. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, identify training opportunities, and ensure performance expectations are met. Organize and facilitate regular administrative meetings to promote open communication and continuous improvement. Develop and coordinate training programs on office procedures, software applications, and company processes. Plan, schedule, and coordinate company meetings, interviews, orientations, conferences, and office events. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible corporate documentation. Manage office supplies, furniture, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure the office remains fully operational. Oversee building repairs, safety initiatives, security concerns, and general office upkeep to ensure a safe workspace. Plan, administer, and monitor budgets related to office supplies, equipment, and administrative contracts. Author and implement standardized administrative policies, procedures, and company best practices. Coordinate and manage specialized projects as directly assigned by company leadership. Provide high-level administrative backing for corporate initiatives and cross-departmental projects. Qualifications for the
Administrative Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or a related field), certification in Office/Project Management, or an equivalent mix of education and progressive office leadership experience. Minimum of five (5) years of administrative or office management experience. Prior experience working within the built environment (Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Professional Consulting) is highly preferred. Direct experience supporting engineers, architects, contractors, or other technical professionals. Advanced expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite and direct experience using project information or document management platforms. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all organizational levels. Proven capability in team leadership, resource management, time management, and corporate organization. Compensation for the
