Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support billing, operations, purchasing, vendor coordination, and office administration in a manufacturing environment in Reno, NV. This contract/temporary Administrative Coordinator role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with desk-based administrative experience involving invoices, purchase orders, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and record management. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, cross-functional communication, and supporting operational accuracy behind the scenes. The role offers exposure to billing, procurement systems, vendor coordination, SAP, Ariba, and business documentation in a professional, operations-focused setting. This is not a warehouse associate or customer service position. Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain billing records, invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and related administrative documentation.
- Create, update, and organize SOPs, reports, spreadsheets, filing systems, and business records.
- Coordinate vendor scheduling, monitor shared email inboxes, and communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Order supplies through approved vendors using Ariba and maintain information in SAP and other internal systems.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, record reconciliation, document preparation, and order tracking.
- Help ensure documentation, purchasing records, and operational information are accurate, complete, and easy to access. Compensation and Benefits
