Keep all surfaces and floors free of food and debrisMaintain constant communication with the line cooksCommunicate what product they need periodically throughout the dayKeep a par of certain products for the buffetClean areas throughout the kitchen as neededAssist Sous Chefs or Lead Cooks however neededAssist dishwashers when neededEnsure quality of product being served
