Per-Diem Shift 9 Job Description Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families. Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving nursing problems within established policies and practices and is reviewed by the supervisor through conferences, reports and observation of results obtained. Education And Credentials Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Services Administration or Business Administration preferred. Current NY Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
BLS/ACLS
on hire required.
PALS, NRP
within 3 months of hire required. Experience 2 years or greater of Clinical Experience which includes Charge Nurse experience and Professional interpersonal skills required. 3 years or greater of demonstrated nursing leadership experience. Experience in leading Quality initiatives preferred.

Salary Range:
