Job Description

Position:
EDI Administrative Coordinator Location:
Proximity to Farmingdale, NY (in-person)
Company/Industry:
Well-established luxury consumer products manufacturer
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 1 st shift
Salary:
$60-70K/yr depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate, plus benefits
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities EDI & Order Management:
Process all EDI documents, generate custom shipping/carton labels, price tickets, Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), and commercial invoices.
Vendor Compliance:
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched according to specific customer Vendor Compliance Manuals.
Account Support:
Assist Sales Account Managers with order tracking, order changes, invoicing, and managing/resolving chargebacks.
Logistics Coordination:
Monitor daily order workflow, direct delivery schedules, and proactively communicate potential shipping issues to internal teams and retail partners.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing retail account orders, shipping logistics, and vendor compliance.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with EDI platforms (e.g., TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce, DSCO, OpenText). Familiarity with ERP/reporting tools like MAS 200 or Crystal Reports is a major plus.
Logistics Acumen:
Hands-on experience handling freight documentation (ASNs, BOLs, POs, Freight Bills).
Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills in a high-volume manufacturing/distribution setting.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
