Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations for a home health environment in Rochester, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The role will focus on coordinating schedules, handling incoming communication, maintaining accurate records, and supporting volunteer-related activities while helping the team stay efficient and service-oriented.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep office operations organized and running smoothly.
  • Respond to inbound calls professionally, route inquiries appropriately, and provide timely support to callers.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings or appointments, and help resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
  • Maintain and update databases and records with accuracy to support reporting and operational needs.
  • Assist with volunteer outreach efforts, including communication, coordination, and tracking participation details.
  • Support volunteer program activities by organizing information, monitoring engagement, and helping with ongoing administration.
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, and general administrative materials needed by the team.
  • Monitor multiple priorities at once and follow through on assignments with strong attention to detail.
