Crouse's Administrative Nursing Supervisor team is responsible for the operations, leadership, direction and coordination of nursing and ancillary staff throughout the hospital as designated by department leadership. The Administrative Nursing team is hiring an Administrative Nursing Supervisor.

Schedule :

8:00pm

•8:00am, 4:00pm

•12:00am with rotating holidays, weekends and other shifts as needed.

Pay Range:

$108,000

•$116,000/year

Administrative Nursing Supervisor Position Responsibilities:

Ensures the provision of safe nursing care for all patients reflective of the plan of care through assessment, intervention and evaluation. Participates in development and implementation of standards for nursing action and in the evaluation of those standards through process and outcome audits. Thoroughly assess patient conditions and specialized nursing care needs. Maintains an awareness of the patients' and families' psychological and physical needs by promoting total care. Demonstrates excellent nursing clinical knowledge.

Administrative Nursing Supervisor Position Requirements:

Must be a currently registered professional nurse. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's in Nursing preferred. Must possess 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
