Front Desk Supervisor

Leading the way in "farm to table" dining complete with local wine service and an exciting offering of mind, body and spirit wellness classes and adventures. We believe the Front Desk Receptionist is a vital part of our business. We are looking for a warm and friendly person to join our team as our Supervisor. Front Desk Supervisor works Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, manages a team of 4-5 staff, updates the schedule, and has on-call duties with support for a 24/7 department. Our front desk is a central hub for everyone entering or leaving the building and our receptionists are responsible for checking in all guests, answering/transferring incoming calls. The Receptionist is a team player with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, routinely manages and updates the front desk schedule, good time management and someone who strives for customer satisfaction. Some of the basic responsibilities are: 1. Understanding basic fire and safety rules and regulations and have knowledge of the employee's area of responsibility in responding to emergencies and fire drills. 2. Greet visitors, residents, and family members warmly and efficiently. 3. Assist the residents and guest with respect and dignity. 4. Answer all incoming and internal telephone calls in a professional, pleasant manner per the established corporate and facility policies. 5. Assist and support other departments in the facility. Have a willing attitude to work as a team. 6. Collect money and write receipts for rent, dining room meals, postage, and other ancillaries. 7. Balance all money received in cash box weekly. 8. Handle correspondence and typing and serve as clerical support for administration and the department heads as needed. 9. Documentation of various information daily. 10. Maintain a friendly and warm resident relationship. 11. Manages a team of 4-5 staff, updates a staffing schedule, and this is an on-call position.
