This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working independently and being an important part of a fast-paced office. This role begins as a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities Scan and organize physical and digital documents Enter data accurately into company software and spreadsheets Prepare and submit paperwork to municipalities, government offices, banks, title companies, and other business partners Run local business errands as needed Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Assist with administrative projects and special assignments Answer phones and assist with general office communication when needed Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality with company and client information Qualifications Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Comfortable learning new software platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Administrative or office experience Real estate, property management, legal, banking, or professional office experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in being organized, dependable, and proactive.
