Job Overview Dellco is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to help ensure the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Our goal is to provide every customer with the highest level of service while maintaining quick and efficient turnaround times. We are looking for an Office Administrator who shares these values and can help us maintain the trust, reliability, and personal connection that our customers have come to expect from Dellco. Duties Manage emails and phone calls in a timely manner while addressing all concerns You will be tasked to create and adjust the schedule for all of our maintenance crews so that their jobs can be done efficiently and effectively Arranging material for our crews so that their jobs are well organized and they are prepared to start the day with everything they need Scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance, DOT certifications and inspections Communicate with the crews daily to ensure the jobs are getting done right and they have everything they need to carry out the project Maintaining the vehicle logs by updating registrations, inspections and any maintenance that is needed to keep the vehicles at their peak performance Following up with jobs and overseeing that they get completed in a timely manner Invoicing for jobs as they get completed and logging the necessary information for each job Sometimes you will be tasked with looking at jobs and estimating the job to full completion so that we may provide customers with an estimate for the scope of work Skills Great customer service and experience in having professionalism with each interaction Initiative to take lead and run a project to full completion and oversee the logistics of each job Organization is key to this role to keep the office and the crews running smoothly Experience in maintenance work is beneficial so that you have knowledge on what it takes to complete a job start to finish, what material / equipment is needed and how long it is expected to take so that we may schedule it accordingly Must be able to take charge in urgent situations when a job has an unforeseen circumstance that requires immediate attention Communication with other employees is important so that everyone has full understanding of what is to be done and what is expected to get the job done right Experience in computers, specifically
Quick Books Online and Outlook Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
