Responsibilities Punctuality is important to ensure the day can start off efficiently and go as smoothly as possible Must work well and interact appropriately with customers Keeping work trucks clean and presentable so that material and tools remain in good condition Working well with other employees is crucial as you will almost always have another maintenance technician scheduled with you for your jobs Some drive time is required for some of the properties that we maintain Skills Must have great problem solving skills in order to diagnose and repair issues Experience with using power tools and operating equipment Hard working and motivated to get the job done right Attention to detail is important so that we are not returning to re do jobs Experience in concrete and asphalt repairs as well as other general maintenance repairs such as drywall / painting , block repairs and tile work

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
