Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front office operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and friendly environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendar management tasks Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks Support office management activities including supply ordering, record keeping, and general clerical duties Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic administrative support as needed Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles within office environments Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous Knowledge of bookkeeping, calendar management, and time management techniques Join our team to be the friendly first point of contact that sets the tone for a professional and welcoming environment!

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
