STRAC is a fast-paced environment and each project coordinator is responsible for at least 10 committees, if not more, time management and organization is a must for any applicant. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate committee meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared. Assist leadership with coordinating special events and additional committee projects within the organization. Collaborate with team members to set agendas and distribute meeting materials in a timely manner. Attend and actively listen in meetings, taking accurate and comprehensive notes. Create and maintain detailed records of meeting minutes, action items, and project updates. Organize and file documents, ensuring accessibility for team members and stakeholders. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the project team. Facilitate effective communication within the project team and across departments. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless information flow and coordination. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents. Manage and maintain project calendars, ensuring deadlines are met. Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Serve as Scribe in the event of an RMOC activation and other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree. Preference for Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in committee management and calendar coordination. Candidates must successfully pass all required pre-employment screenings to be eligible for hire.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Proficient in Zoom and Teams Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
