Job Description

The Department of Development Services, Director's Office, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who is a talented, motivated individual interested in furthering their career in public administration in a team-oriented, challenging, friendly, life-balanced workplace. About This Role:
Primary Job Duties Include:
Respond to all FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests for the Department Provide direct support to the Department Director and Assistant Directors, which includes calendar management, taking meeting minutes, and scheduling meetings. Assist with meeting preparations and taking meeting minutes Serve as a member of Process Action Teams Event Planning for the Department Assists customers and other department staff with specialized or confidential transactions requiring advanced knowledge and experience; responds to requests for information, in person, via e-mail, and over the phone; provides and explains department policies, procedures and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D and 3 years of related experience.
Preferences:
3 years of related experience
Work Schedule:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Ability to telework 2 days a week after the first 6 months. This is a telework-eligible position that may change to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
Special Requirements:
None Starting Salary Range:
