About SafewayTax SafewayTax is a growing tax resolution company dedicated to helping individuals resolve their federal and state tax matters. We pride ourselves on providing professional service, clear communication, and consistent support throughout each client's case. We are seeking a motivated, persistent, and results-driven Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, discussing past-due accounts, overcoming objections, and working toward individual and team collection goals. Position Overview The Billing & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing delinquent and past-due client accounts and working directly with clients to bring their accounts back into good standing. The primary objective of this position is to collect outstanding balances, recover missed payments, establish payment arrangements when authorized, and retain clients who have fallen behind on their accounts. This is a high-volume, performance-driven position. Specialists are expected to make 100+ outbound calls per day and consistently work toward established monthly collection quotas.
