full-time About the Company We are currently seeking an Outbound Collections Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll contact vendors on behalf of our clients regarding changes to payment terms and available payment solutions. This is a business-to-business (B2B) collections position focused on professional communication, relationship management, and educating vendors on available options. Unlike traditional consumer collections, you'll be working with established business relationships while helping vendors navigate payment changes and available programs. If you're confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping businesses find solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to vendors regarding outstanding account balances and payment terms Explain available payment options and answer questions professionally Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate Build positive relationships while maintaining professionalism Accurately document all customer interactions in Salesforce and internal systems Meet daily call and productivity goals Navigate multiple computer applications while speaking with customers Adapt to new technology, processes, and ongoing coaching Qualifications Previous collections, B2B collections, call center, customer service, account management, or sales experience Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM Strong computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Ability to multitask while handling active calls Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Palm Harbor Must reside within the Tampa Bay area Preferred Skills Business, finance, or accounting knowledge College or business-related education (preferred but not required) What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Monday-Friday schedule Casual dress code Supportive team environment Ongoing training and coaching Opportunities for professional growth Schedule Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM 8-hour shifts No weekends
