This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Collections Assist with accounts receivable aging reports Follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone Document collection efforts and customer communication Escalate delinquent accounts when appropriate Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in collections, or accounts receivable (preferred) Strong understanding of accounting principles Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and organization Key Skills Accounts receivable management Customer communication & negotiation Time management Data entry accuracy Conflict resolution
