A Brief Overview The US LBM Credit Associate is responsible for the credit collection process, managing credit applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, mitigating credit risks, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Pay Rate :
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour What you will do Perform routine clerical support in support of local credit team. Assist with local lien processes and procedures. Gathering and inputting job information into systems. Assist AR customers questions / issues. Prepare periodic reports on AR and past due status. Complete and document collection calls. Escalate AR issues as appropriate. Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety. Required For All Jobs Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety. Education Qualifications High School or GED required. Experience Qualifications 1-2 years of experience with credit collections or similar. Skills and Abilities MS Office experience required. Knowledge of collections and lien holder laws preferred. Ability to work on highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
